I’d like to address a few things after taking a couple weeks to digest and dissect the ‘feedback’ that I don’t consider feedback at all. I consider it unprofessional and concerning due to your position and results I’ve received since our “emails.”
It’s to my understanding you wanted to hear more from me? That was not my understanding. I was using protocol, etiquette and standards via the person who put me in this unique position and opportunity to correspond with you out of respect to her and you.

And to keep Americans from knowing those Laws and Orders and their separationsā¦ is playing politics and you showing your colors of what side you’re actually on.
Eisenhower nailed it in his January 17, 1961, “Military Industrial Complex” speech and it was NOT only for Generals and those in power. It was about the financial system and how it would destroy American values, but also MILITARY, as it accomplished.
Every War since 1871 has been a Federal Corporation war started by MAN. Create a problem, there’s already a solution to repair. The Veteran isn’t wrong for doing what they were told to do and for taking care of their brothers and sisters and those they were told they were protecting from enemies.
But to keep going and act like we’re all living the American Dream as the financial system and our way of life has been destroyed by a bunch of global elitists and background mafias is foolish and the innocent Americans you choose to continue to misleadā¦ their blood is on your hands and your “service” won’t protect you with God.

Now let’s take a gander at 1285 (a) through (e) of Public LAWWWWWWWW 116-92 which is 50 United States Code (a) to (e):

Not later than 180 days after December 20, 2019, and every 180 days thereafter, the President shall submit to the congressional defense committees, the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate, and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives a report on actions taken pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force (Public Law 107ā40) against those countries or organizations described in such law, as well as any actions taken to command, coordinate, participate in the movement of, or accompany the regular or irregular military forces of any foreign country or government when such forces are engaged in hostilities or in situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances, during the preceding 180-day period.”
Now, if there’s not a COG or Military Occupancy in place, though bipartisan legislation shows otherwise, just WHYYYY would Joe Biden AUTHORIZE the Secretary of Defense the AUTHORITY and FUNCTIONS by THE President of 50 US Code 1550?

Not only did he receive a Military Funeral serviceā¦ ANY Veteran that could not see all of the jacked up uniformsā¦ and covers missing outsideā¦ Marine Corps wearing BDU’sā¦ and Biden not receiving the traditional ride in Air Force Oneā¦ is doing a major disservice to the American people as well as making their service look more about their benefit and privileges than it was a service.

It would have been one thing had you known what all is going on and acknowledged my presence and imagery of me in Guantanamo Bay could jeopardize missions and what’s taking placeā¦ but you CLEARLY have no clue what’s going on, you know NOTHING about the current Laws and Orders in place, you know NOTHING about the very Laws and Orders you served under as a Navy Veteran in which the Military Justice Act of 2016 clearly clarified Military Laws are separate from Civil and Federal, and your actions have shown, thus far, this is all about you, your position, your power, and your publicity.
You also outright lied. I do not use the word liar lightly as many calls me a ‘liar’ for showing current Laws and Orders. So, I’m a liar for showing what legislation clearly outlines and defines on dot Gov and Mil sites? No. That’s ignorance. However, you outright lied OR this platform’s depicting you as a liar. You told Marsha that you’ve denied MULTIPLE people from going to Gitmo. But this particular platform’s saying you told them you only denied me and I lied about being approved all of which has turned into “Derek Johnson’s being investigated by the FBI for stolen valor for trying to make money on going to Gitmo.”
I’m not a podcaster, radio host, or reporter by trade. I went viral on a video as a Veteran showing Military Laws and Orders and how Americans take for granted the sacrifices Veterans have made for their Freedoms and Liberties and forgetting our History and Foundation. I’ve had to get USED to negative publicity, hatred, ridicule, mockery, slander, defamation, and death threats over the past 11 months.
Now, I don’t want your sympathy or empathy for being ‘brothers-in-arms’ OR just being a human beingā¦
you’ve already demonstrated you do not have the capacity or respect of any of those because of your actions on the front when you had the chance to keep it professional. BUT as a United States Veteran, if you have a clean record, despite the fact you do not know much about Military Laws and Orders, those you can come to the light of and learnā¦
However, your service records in both sectors are precious. And when you know you have an honorable record and people slander and defame your character but especially try to persuade innocent Americans that I’m in stolen valor for showing Americans how the Government functions and what the current Laws and Orders read and are in placeā¦ that’s a whole other level sir and you know it.
Going or not going to Guantanamo Bay isn’t life or death for me. It was an opportunity given to me by an American Patriot and business woman who reached out to me with a grateful heart. None of your actions take that away. All you do is show your colors to the world that God created and controls. I won’t have the last word or laugh, God will, and for that you should fear.
And quite frankly, at this point, I wouldn’t want your wishes or opportunity because it wouldn’t be an honest decisionā¦ it would be me lacking integrity to stand my ground on what is currently and actually in legislation and being applied and enforced. I’ll EARN my place to be there especially when the world sees this corruption and political game being played while many are innocently and/or ignorantly misleading innocent Americans by those actions.

Positions, Ranks, Titles, Degrees, Years Experience, Medals, Labels, Ribbons, etc. do not mean ANYTHING if you don’t know the current Laws and Orders and the visuals of those being enforced. Becauseā¦ God forbid people know how their Government functions and operates.

ESPECIALLY why your boy Daddy Joe has extended two years in a row 12 Executive Orders with National Emergencies, received a Military Funeral Service on January 20, 2021, and why he authorized the Secretary of Defense the AUTHORITY and FUNCTIONS of the Law-and-Order DONALD JOHN TRUMP put into place. If you can read all of that and still, try to power tripā¦ then you’re no better than those the Laws and Orders are cleaning out.
I’ve got nothing to hide. My DD-214 and all my records speak for themselves. Your actions have caused all kinds of negative publicity (in which I absolutely hate, but owned like a champ due to Laws and Orders I didn’t write or pass, but they’re there) and repercussions with that simple email leak including slander and defamation of character. Especially with this particular person who’s spun to their base ‘the FBI is investigating me for Stolen Valor for trying to make money on Gitmo.” One, I’ve NEVER stolen valor and can prove EVERYTHING in the Court of Law. Two, there’s emails sent from you with the welcome packet and other instructions for travel to Gitmo. The term I used “approval” was used out of context, as everyone does against Donald Trump, takes words and applies them the way they perceive, not how I used it, in which I said I was approved to submit my application to be in consideration to attend Gitmo. I can easily prove slander and defamation of character with your contributions.
You have the opportunity to take a stand and do what’s right. That’s apologizing to Ms. Marsha for your actions. She should have NEVER had to apologize to me on behalf of your immature and unprofessional actions and response. That’s on you. However, if you can live with that, then you’ll also be able to live with me letting the American Patriots see and hear the FULL storyā¦

That’s politics not opportunity. That’s not the America I represent and fight for. And if you’re any kind of Veteranā¦ I’d suggest reading and researching what’s in place before responding. I do not want your apology, if anything, the only thing to gain here is your acknowledgement for the integrity of your position and your status as a Veteran, to put politics aside, and acknowledge what the CURRENT Laws and Orders say.
Americans cannot unsee, unread, and unknow what I’ve shown them on dot Gov and Mil sites in a chronological blueprint of the Continuity of Government and Military Occupancy. I’m the future and it’s people like me who don’t give up on innocent Americans because they do not know. Everyone has the opportunity to get things right and learn.
And for the record, you denied me once. And if after all of the above, I were to apply again and you were to deny meā¦ all Americans will know the blatant disregard to the integrity of Military Laws and Orders and as a service member, I wouldn’t want that on my record and resume.
